Spellings
This year, children will NOT be given a list of spellings to take home at the start of the week and memorise for a test on a Friday. Instead, they will learn a spelling rule in class and then apply their knowledge of that rule in a random spelling test on a Friday using words which follow the studied rule.
For example, by clicking on the link below for w/b September 7th 2020, you will see an example of the activities your child will be undertaking in class in order to rehearse the focus spelling rule.
