Welcome to our Malala Class page!
We are a Year 3/4 class.
Mrs Taylor is our class teacher and we have Miss Larkin, Mrs Stroyan, Mrs Harwood and Mrs O'Conner there to support us.
We are named after Malala Yousafzai, an activist for female education and the youngest Nobel Peace Prize laureate. Malala's words and actions offer inspiration and hope to people all over the world.
In KS2, we teach children how to become responsible and independent members of Carlton Primary Academy, learning new skills along the way. Of course it is important that we have LOTS of fun as we learn, and we have some exciting topics to help us do so as we broaden our knowledge of the world. Throughout KS2 we aim to work collaboratively, whilst also developing our independence and positive work ethic. We continue to build friendships, make good choices and show Carlton how truly amazing we are.
"One child, one teacher, one book and one pen can change the world." - Malala
