Easter Raffle

I would like to ask for donations of new or nearly new items for our Easter raffle. Tickets will be on sale from Monday 28^th February, as well as our raffle we shall again be holding our Easter picture competition. Pictures will be sold for 50p each or you can create your own picture and pay 50p to enter it into the competition. These events will once again be    organised by our parents from coffee morning, if you would like to help in these or any future events please call into the coffee morning which is held every Friday morning in the conference room or speak to Mrs Arnold in Foundation. If you have any donations for the raffle these can also be given to Mrs Arnold or given to the office.

Fund Raising

Christmas Puddings-Our Christmas Puddings are still on sale in the office but be
quick as we are down to our last box! Large Christmas and triple chocolate puddings
are £4.00 each and individual Christmas puddings are £2.00 each. They would make
great stocking fillers for family and friends and all profits made from the sales go
towards activities for our children, but be quick!!!

Calendar- We have a calendar circulating school, another brilliant fund raising idea
from our parent coffee morning. All you do is buy a date on the calendar for £1.00
and write on your name and phone number, when the calendar is full six random dates
will be chosen and the winners will receive £100 Asda voucher for first prize and five
£10 vouchers for the runners up. What a fantastic prize for Christmas! To get the
calendar filled for Christmas some of our year 6 children will be visiting classes at the
beginning and end of each day, if you miss these children please see Mrs Liptrot in
the office who will have the calendar during the school day.

Parent coffee Mornings

Our parent coffee mornings are held every Friday morning in the conference room from 9.15am to 10.30am. All parents are welcome to call in for a coffee and a chat. We discuss any school issues or concerns parents may have but it is also a chance to talk to other parents who have children in different year groups and share their experiences within school, any fundraising ideas are always welcome too!

Younger children are welcomed at our coffee mornings and toys are available to keep them happy along with juice and biscuits. We would like to see more parents involved so if you can spare a little time on a Monday morning please call into the conference room, everyone is welcome!

All our parent volunteers are CRB checked and have signed a confidentiality agreement. If you are interested in joining our savings scheme or would like more information you can call into the coffee morning or contact Lisa Arnold in the foundation unit.
